Program Options

As a first step in setting up your individualized workout plan, I will meet with you to understand your goals.  For example, are you looking to:
  • Improve your strength?
  • Gain better balance?
  • Tone your muscles?
  • Increase your cardiovascular strength?
  • Lose weight?
  • Improve your flexibility?
  • Increase your energy level?   
Next, I will ask you for any necessary background information or pre-existing physical conditions that might affect the routine I design for you. For example, do you suffer from a bad back, or have  limited range of motion in a shoulder?  We can then discuss scheduling options, and finally decide on where to meet.  You might prefer me to come to your home, or meet in a local rec. center or facility in your area.  As you progress towards your goals, I will constantly re-evaluate your program to keep your workouts challenging and interesting.
