If you are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, highly motivating Personal Trainer or Group Instructor, you have come to the right place! I create workouts that suit my client's interests; for example, some of the programs I've designed have been for those clients who prefer the outdoors. They have included activities such as walking, hiking, biking, jogging, and "aquacizing." Other programs I've designed are to improve balance and core strength.  I work with client's in their own homes or in local facilities. Through the years, I have seen that my approach in creating realistic & reasonable exercise sessions for clients, helps to foster long-term fitness habits. My motto is, "train, don't strain!" As a former educator, I enjoy teaching my clients about safety in fitness and proper execution of exercises.  And I love sharing my sense of humor when working with clients; seeing my positive energy motivate them to achieve their goals is very personally rewarding to me!
